A secure entry for your business into Europe
I coordinate a team of licensed lawyers, accountants and tax advisors in Germany and Poland. You resolve your matter through a single point of contact — no hunting for specialists, no parallel negotiations.
The standard registration route often ends in rejection
Every one of these situations cost real clients time, money and collapsed deals. I know how to sidestep the traps in advance.
Mass corporate address
An address shared by hundreds of firms is the standard offer from “budget” registration agents. At the very first licence application the regulator flags the company as unreliable.
Template package for the bank
There is no universal “correct” package for Tier-1 banks. Each bank has its own invisible red flags: ownership structure, country of residence, field of activity.
Transferring funds without preparation
EU real estate is a zone of strict AML scrutiny. Wiring a large sum to a single account without proof of the source of funds is a frequent cause of months-long freezes.
End-to-end launch packages
Proven service combinations built around a clear objective. Each package coordinates every specialist involved, so the client walks away with a working structure from a single project.
Start in Poland
Turnkey Sp. z o.o. — for those launching a business in Poland from scratch.
- Sp. z o.o. registration in KRS, NIP, REGON
- Exclusive corporate address (not a mass one)
- Electronic signature (E-Podpis / EPUAP)
- PESEL for foreign shareholders
- Opening a corporate account with a Polish bank
- VAT and VAT-UE where required
Start in Germany
Turnkey GmbH or UG — to begin operations in Germany.
- GmbH or UG registration (Handelsregister)
- Notary and articles of association support
- Registration with the Finanzamt (Steuernummer)
- Obtaining a USt-IdNr. for VAT operations
- Opening an account with a Tier-1 German bank
- Pre-compliance and KYC preparation
Polish company in Germany
When a Polish company enters the German market — especially in construction and services.
- German USt-IdNr. for a Polish company
- Freistellungsbescheinigung § 48 EStG
- Bauabzugsteuer § 13b UStG (for construction)
- Account with a German bank for a non-resident
- Coordination with the Finanzamt and the Polish accountant
- Sourcing a lawyer or tax adviser in DE where needed
Areas I work in
When your task doesn’t fit a standard package, we handle it on a case-by-case basis. Below are the main areas — the full catalogue is on the services page.
Licences and permits
KRAZ, AÜG, transport licence, EORI, tax certificates § 48 and § 13b for construction.
Buying and selling a business
Ready-made DE companies, firms with debts PL/DE, transport companies, VASP/CASP crypto licences.
Bank accounts
Corporate accounts with Tier-1 banks in Germany and Poland for residents and non-residents.
Taxes and registration
Steuernummer at the Finanzamt, USt-IdNr. for a PL company, Polish VAT and VAT-UE, changes in the KRS.
Company liquidation
Closing a Sp. z o.o. and a GmbH/UG within the deadlines and registering the changes in the registers.
Infrastructure and services
Exclusive corporate address, electronic signature (E-Podpis), PESEL, finding an accountant.
Cases from real projects
Saving a KRAZ licence in 48 hours
The client risked losing their staffing agency licence over a mass-registration corporate address. The regulator gave 48 hours to fix the violation.
A €300,000 asset purchase from abroad
A client from a third country was buying EU property for €300,000. Moving such a sum into a private account unprepared is a direct risk of a freeze.
How we can work together
From a one-off consultation to long-term support of your structure — choose the format that fits the task.

One point of contact — the full team, turnkey
A project-management approach: you deal with me, and I coordinate the right specialists in DE and PL. No parallel negotiations with three or four counterparties.
- Brief and task assessment A 15-minute conversation about your situation: what you have, your goal, your constraints. The result — a list of realistic options and a timeline estimate.
- Choosing the format and NDA We agree on the working format (one-off consultation, project-based or ongoing support). We sign an NDA before the client discloses any details.
- Coordinating specialists I bring in the right partners: lawyers, accountants and tax advisers in DE and PL. I manage the communication and alignment between all parties.
- Delivery and support I deliver the task ready to go: company registered, account opened, licence obtained. I support the client all the way to the start of operations.

Before we first talk
The most common questions gathered in one place — to save your consultation time.
No, but a German or EU-resident director is viewed more favourably than a director from a non-EU country.
For a UG, from 1 euro (in practice, at least 300 euros); for a GmbH, just 25,000 euros — 12,500 euros paid in at registration, with the remaining 12,500 deferred for now. For a Polish sp. z o.o., the share capital is only declared: you can keep it “in your pocket” without paying it into a bank account.
No, everything can be done remotely — but it will take longer and cost more.
All (or almost all) banks refuse to open an account if the company’s director has a prior conviction for financial or tax offences. Problems also arise if the director (or even the shareholders) have pending court cases in other EU countries. Everyone else gets an account opened, though only after a thorough check. As part of preparing for registration, I run an internal compliance review. And if an account still isn’t opened, there are plenty of payment providers — mini-banks that vet their clients less strictly.
